From the double garage with spacious and practical storage cupboards, we enter the living area through the sliding doors. The robust wooden kitchen with plenty of cupboard space is a real eye-catcher and gives the house a warm, rustic look.
The pantry and laundry room are accessible through the side door and lead us outside, where there is a very practical outdoor kitchen. Around the corner we have the back terrace.
Once back inside, we walk through the hallway to the sleeping area, where 2 rooms have a shared bath and toilet. Each room has spacious fitted wardrobes. The master is located at the end of the hall and of course, has an en suite and walk-in closet.
This house is ideal for a family, but certainly also a couple that has privacy as a priority.

Loan Calculator Help...
Using the calculator is straight forward. User enters a "loan amount", "number of months", "annual interest rate". The calculator calculates the number of monthly payments.
The "Payment Method" determines when the first payment is due. With the default selection, "End-of-Period", the first payment will be due one month after the loan is made. If "Start-of-Period" is selected, then the first payment will be due on the loan date.
The term (duration) of the loan is expressed as a number of months.
60 months = 5 years
120 months = 10 years
180 months = 15 years
240 months = 20 years
360 months = 30 years
