At about 20 minutes drive from Latour, we have this enormous home, that is maintained witha lot of love and dedication  and a huge construction area of about 440m2. The site consists of four individual plots, that form a harmonious lot of 4300m2.

The fully green area is a pleasant addition to the estate. The famous Domburg Market and Marina Harbor are just a few minutes away and you can do your daily shopping at the various shops nearby.

From the beginning of the Naaldvarensweg, the fertile coconut trees are waving you a warm welcome and when entering the driveway, you get very excited. It feels as if  you arrive at a royal estate and a huge blanket of calm descends upon you. Away from the bustle, you can breathe fresh air, enjoy the cool river breeze.
The huge and shady terrace is about a meter above the ground surface, and provides access to the spacious living room, where you can enjoy your company from the special bar. A few steps down, is the sunken kitchen overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden, which is partially paved. The U-shaped kitchen with appliances is adjacent to the dining room, where you can sit at the table with the whole family. The side door provides space for the storage of while the garage offers enough space to park  4 large vehicles.

Through the dining room we enter the hall, which serves as separation for the sleeping area. The master with bath is located at the rear of the home, while the other 3 sleeping quarters with shared bath and WC are located on the right side of the house.

You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the back patio, but you can also walk onto the grounds and take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool of 45m2. Afterwards you can relax in a hammock under the pergola. This is very convenient, especially for parties, also because there is a bathroom nearby.

The tropical garden has several fruit trees, so you can make several delicious Surinamese juices, beautiful swaying palms, but also the famous bougainvillea’s, in all colors.

In the backyard there’s an unfinished house, with two bedrooms, that could serve asa guest house, so both you and your visitors have enough privacy.
It is noticeable that there is to see a lot, but it’s best to experience it all on the estate.

You can stay with your family, but even turn it into a resort.
